Government & Corporate Solutions
We offer the full spectrum of EEO complaint processing, reasonable accommodation processing, assistance with compliance post-findings, organizational climate assessments, defensive workforce analytics, EEO/civil rights strategic planning and program performance, EEOC reports, and executive coaching. We have standard and custom options for our signature EEOsmarts™ training.

EEOsmarts™ Coaching
EEOsmarts™ coaching is available to anyone engaged in the EEO process (e.g., complainants, witnesses, managers, union stewards) with questions about their role, how to engage with others, the potential strengths and weaknesses of their position, venues potentially available to them, whether and when to hire an attorney, witness prep, document review, and responding to affidavits.
