Refund Policy

SmartFeds™ requires a 50% deposit at the time of booking and payment in full upon completion of service(s).

We require a 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling. 

 

• SmartFeds™ will fully refund your deposit if you cancel within 24 hours.

• SmartFeds™ will not refund your deposit if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or if you miss your appointment.
