Meet Our Co-Founders
Sarah Summerville, Esq
I am a seasoned attorney with over 25 years of experience in Employment Law, specializing in a wide range of areas including Labor Relations, Resolving Workplace Disputes, Reasonable Accommodation, Harassment Investigations, Third Party Litigation and Employment Discrimination Litigation. Throughout my career, I have achieved numerous favorable case resolutions, demonstrating my commitment to mitigating risks in the workplace.

Lorena McElwain
Since beginning my federal service in1999 as a Census Statistician, I have dedicated my career to improving civil rights programs. Appointed to the U.S. Senior Executive Service in 2009, I have successfully led reasonable accommodation, compliance reporting, workforce analytics, issued final agency decisions, and negotiated significant cases under Title VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act. With a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, and a Minor in Linguistics from the University of Texas at El Paso, I am a proud first-generation college graduate.
